If you need your item quicker please contact us and we will do our best to meet your required date.

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail. A signature will be required on delivery. Delivery rates are calculated by the size, weight, value of the order and it's destination. You will be sent an email notification with the tracking number of your package when your order ships.

Returns Policy

NON PERSONALISED ITEMS
We accept returns of unused or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. 
Please email us with your order number and reason for retunr, and then send the item to the address below using a tracked method. Once we receive your package we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

MADE TO MEASURE OR ALTERED ITEMS
As these are personalised items, all purchases are final so unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. The process of made to measure ensures you are happy throughout the make, but in the unlikely event your personalised item arrives with a manufacturing issue please get in touch within 3 days of receiving it.
